First off the name should tell you we are a little unique. Rach (pronounced Rock) is an Austin Tx based firm.
We prefer to think of ourselves as web advisers. Our job is to stay current with the latest web technologies and trends so we can be a resource to our clients.
We implement standardized solutions for our clients whenever possible - why re-invent the wheel. We also provide all of our clients with access to all of their data and source code so they are the ones who own their content - giving them complete control of their sites.
We appreciate you stopping by and checking us out. Take a moment to visit our clients sites and see the work we've done for them. We are not the biggest firm you can find. But we know that you won't find one who gives you better service.
Each one of our clients is unique. They have different needs and goals - and so do you.
That's why we don't try to offer a variety of pre-packaged solutions. The reason? As soon as we think we have everything figured out, things will change. Our approach is to build a partnership and in most cases friendship with our clients. We listen to their ideas, share their dreams and passions then go to work to bring them to life.
We offer three service levels that are designed to allow us to meet our clients needs today and to build a relationship so we'll be there in the future to see their dreams come true. So no matter what you need: a customized blog site, a Facebook welcome page or a complete on-line media production - we're ready to help your dreams take flight.
We join your team.
We'll work alongside you to develop and implement your entire on-line media strategy. We'll work together on a weekly basis to ensure your goals are being achieved. We'll help you create and distribute content and update your on-line sites as needed in real time.
This is an annual agreement that can be much more reasonable than what you might expect.
We meet with you quarterly to ensure everything is updated and on track.
Our clients in this service level have the resources to create and update some of their on-line content. While not at the same service level of our partners we work very closely with our Promotion clients to ensure they are getting maximum results from their on-line media.
This is an affordable annual agreement that can be upgraded should the need for additional collaboration be required.
Our clients here don't need a web guy very often.
Need a Facebook landing page? Want to integrate your social media with an existing website or blog? Maybe you simply want to refresh the look of your existing site.
This service level provides our clients with access to great web know-how when they require it. This is perfect for those projects that have a defined scope of work.
No matter how big or small the project, we are here to help.
We are a small shop but we can do big things. We strive to develop deep relationships with our clients allowing us to help them achieve their goals in the near and long term. Our goal is to be the IT and on-line media team you would hire full time if you could.
